heard rumors awile ago about the at 28 savage going stepped , any new updates ?

I have a 28 and would love to see what Harry could come up with. It is a great size boat for lakes of all sizes and yet it is easy to tow.

He said Lakes....he meant BIG WATER!!!!;)

Notice I said lakes of ALL sizes, as in Great Lakes. ;) I went on the last Thunder Run and although I froze my ass off my boat loved the water.

I will attest to that, Mike's-Boatfreak 28 kept up with us for the most part, it handled the wave chop, and 25 mph cross winds awesome. I was extremly impressed by the 28, it faired out much better than I thought it would have, especially in those 3' rollers.

You planing on attending the Destin Run? Maybe you can bring me for a ride in your 28. It is the only Thunder I have not been in.

I don't see any way I could make Destin.:( Things will be getting hectic around here by then, you know us farmers.:D I am holding out hope that if I can get away one of my fellow Thunder owners would let me bum a ride for a day.:D
By the way I got on here at 1 oclock and all six of these threads had your name after them don't you have anything better to do. :D:D

Thanks Dan I will take you up on the offer if I can. It's way to early to tell at this point.
I would like to get as many Thunders as possible on Lake Cumberland for the poker run the Saturday after Labor Day. You would be welcome on my little boat for that if you didn't want to pull yours over. I talked to everybody on the Jan. run and I think there was some interest.
