Another birthday in the AT family
 

It was Tracy's b-day yesterday the 3rd. We were in Clearwater for the last week. Just got home today. That was her b-day present, a trip to Florida and then of course the shopping spree.

We also signed a purchase agreement yesterday (on her b-day) for a condo in Clearwater as well. Now its up to the finance compnay to see how the deal ends up. Its in Clearwater on the bayside with a boatslip and a lift. Hoping to close sometime in Nov and move down next spring. Can't wait.

Well I guess Tracy had a great birthday!!! :D :D

Yeah...hopefully the financing goes through...Todd made the mistake of having someone's name on a mortgage and that person decided not to keep up on their end of the deal....not to mention the way the other people on the mortgage left the place!!!
I just gotta' show you how sad those people are....(now Todd's got alot of repairs and cleaning up before he can sell the place--this was last week...and this is disgusting!!)

I know you take pride in the homes you build and as you can see fro the outside its a pretty nice house. Now I have to spend time and considerable money to put it back in like new salable condition. It can a be a beautiful house again.

OK...this is the last one I'll post....because, I think you get the full picture w/out seeing the rest of the filth...but, I had to show you the beautiful staircase that's trashed and filthy....WHY DID THEY TAKE OFF THEIR SHOES???? There's animal faeces EVERYWHERE!!!

I take it the X made you move out, she took possession of the house, moved out and rented it?

I would hope there is an Attorney out there that can document the damage and go after the people responsible. That is just not right no matter how bitter someone is.

Believe it or not....SHE is taking him back to court for more child support!!!!! And Todd is just footing the bill too clean up her filth & repairs, because she doesn't work...he can't go after her for anything....she's filing bankruptcy and walking away. She's using the child support money to support herself as well. Atleast her lesbian girlfriend finally got a job....SHE WAS LIVING OFF THE CHILD SUPPORT AS WELL!!!
She doesn't need cleaning supplies...I saw some in the house.
They don't need clothes.....They left enough behind.
They don't "need" toys.....They left a bunch behind.
They don't need food....They left a bunch in the frig.
They don't need anything, but a swift kick in the as$!!
SHE NEEDS THE KIDS TAKEN AWAY FROM HER!!
THEY ALL NEED MAJOR COUNSELING!!

I think that goes beyond counseling. What a total lack of consideration. The unfortunate tradegedy is that the kids will suffer the most through this. This is grounds that in a court of law those children were subsepticle to the filth and trash (lifestyle) different from when their father was around. GET THOSE CHILDREN AWAY FROM HER. Next time Todd goes in front of the judge, I would haul out those pictures showing the mess. Then I would show the judge pictures of you and todd cleaning up the mess yourselves....whos the better parent now?

It is unfortunate that most judges fend for the women and in some cases rightfully so but in the case I think it is clear that she is not responsible.

I hope Todd can work out something so that the kids get back to a normal lifestyle.

1. She's got those kids so brainwashed!! They don't think they live in a messy house!! They have so many mental disfunctions, you wouldn't believe some of the things we could tell you!!
2. DCSFS won't do anything, unless there is physical abuse.
3. He'll call his kid's and it's always negative stuff from their mouths. Never postive!!
4. The only time the kids call him is to make demands of material things or money. They constantly swear at him!!

I could go on and on of the disfunctions of those people...and some that would make your head spin. But, I shouldn't be venting this stuff on OSO...it's not the place to do it. But, if anyone wants to give some advice to Todd or I, we'd appreciate it!! (PM us!!)
