what speeds with 500's on a non step 37 active thunder?

I would guess about 79-81 mph. The first Thunder I rode in was a 37 with 500HP's and no step. I never rode in one with a step. The boat was fast and a beast in the rough water, I can't imagine the step improving the ride of this boat! Every one seems to really like the AVH's, I kinda wish AT would still sell the conventional deep V as well as the AVH. And also the option of the new deck or the classic deck design. I am a BIG fan of the 25,28,32 and 37 Thunder with out the step.

Powerboat tested a 37 Vee with 500s a few years back. It ran right around 80.
