got water running thru them all the time....they are cool enough to touch even when running...its now big deal at all....have never had an issue with anyone who came on my boat and used the swim platform....lets put it this way if the exhaust water coming out of your pipes is scalding hot then something is wrong.

besides it looks cool to see the water rushing out the pipes under speed...:D

i agree with todd i have had no problem at all they dont get hot just warm and it does look cool as hell.

When I first got my 32 I was always worried about someone cutting their foot or getting burned on the pipe. The tips stay very cool and I have never had anyone hurt because of the tips

and it is awsome to look at while running
