Winter Projects Complete

2 Attachment(s)
First the motors were pulled out and completly torn down, each part was stripped and re-painted and then clear coated.
The motors were bored to 30 over and compression raised 9.75 / 1 , Nothing but the best parts went into this rebuild,
AED Carbs, Crane Cam, Rollmaster Twin Timing Chain, Crane Lifters, Melling Oil Pumps, SRP pistons, Total Seal Rings, ARP rods bolts.......Everything was balanced, heads ported and polished, intake port matched.

Bilge was painted with Bilgekote Paint.

Next project, Was the cabin, everything was pulled out and recovered in Tan Ultra Leather, the v-berth cushion, added 3'' of foam, for more comfort. Bulkhead was done in two-tone, with a white accent center part. Also built a custom cabinet for the wife to do the hair & make-up thing.

James,

Nice job on the cabin! The table has perked my curiosity. Got a better detailed picture of the mount?

Made a custom stainless corrian table support.

Thanks Pat, we love our boat!!!
Sure , I can tell you what I used fot the table, but you have too promise not to laugh.....
It is two of the stainless rod holders that slide into a bracket.
I did not want a hole in the center of the cabin floor, most of them my wife's foot would have fell into. She's Blonde....
Then on the bottom support welded a brace and connected the two with a piece of pvc pipe. The nice thing is that it will fold up into small parts for storage.
Will get pics soon.

Thanks for the compliments, Yes Pat it is bolted to the stringer and is very secure. Perfect size to sit at and watch TV or play cards on. Easy to store, I put the table top under the v-berth cushion and the pole behind the couch compartment.

James,

Where did you get the SS braided hose & hose clamps that goes from thermostat to upper header port?
I need exactly the same thing. Part #'s will also help.
Boat looks great! I will finish mine this weekend and maybe splash Sunday WX permitting.

Thanks!!
