AO 3100 with triple 300x?

I have an AO 3100 w dual 300x's (not 300xs) and I'm considering a third 300x. I'm only getting low 70s now bc I have bottom paint...should I go for #3?

Remove the bottom paint first, that boat should run at least 85 to 90 mph with twin 300x's. I have seen this set up run almost 100mph.

What lowers are on the motors? Sport Masters? What Gear Ratio? What props are you running?

What engine height are you running? How much setback?

Pics?

Setup is the key with this kind of boat, but first remove the bottom paint.

Sport master lowers w 24p choppers turning out. I lift them till the water pressure drops to below 10psi. 1.75 gear ratios. No sure the setback. You saying I can get over 100 with 3 engines??? I leave boat in water all year round so hard to remove bottom paint...

What RPM are u running? With 24p choppers with 1.75 gear ratio you should be all over the rev limiter. With 1.75 gear ratio you should be able to spin 30p or 32p props.

The best I get is 6500 rpms...with 24p choppers.
