Default 2600 NSX vs 25 Daytona

I have an opportunity to buy ether a 2600 NSX or a 25 Daytona. Both boats are very nice and about the same price. The 2600 has a really nice 1000 HP motor, the Daytona has a nice, 675 HP motor. I am looking for anyone that have driven these boats to provide some feed back. The research i have done shows the Daytona with the same power will be a faster boat by about 10/15 MPH. What realistic speeds could one expect if both boats had a 1000 h/p motor with like set up. 2600 = xxxx , 25 Daytona = xxxx. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

I’ve driven a 26 Daytona and currently own an AO 2600 NSX. Both great boats. AO has deeper center pod so handles a little better below 50 (turns etc) and Daytona is faster up top (packs more air at speed). 1000HP is awesome in this style of boat but a bravo style drive will not live long, like may not last the maiden voyage. SCX or BMAX drive minimum w/ that much power w/ either boat.
