What's going on with the company? The last I heard was Scott bailed and everybody was waithing for thier boats. Did Ed F. step up or somebody else?

On march 22, 2003 the 212 district Court in Galveston Texas finally turned over the assets of American Offshore that I had a lien on back to Art DiNick and Steve DiNick. We have entered into an agreement with Ed Ferro to manage and run the reorganized company. You can reach the shop at 281-534-4415. We do not know where Scott is but understand there are several warrents out for his arrest.

And that phone number that is posted 281-534-4415 ... by the way is the # for Bay Performance ( Ed Ferro's Boat Company), that's how they answer the phone that's who you are calling. I asked about that agreement today on the phone... he isn't managing American Offshore or reorganizing it. He can and will build an american offshore boat if anyone wants one, and if you want one... contact Ed and get a great one.....
