Tonto your boat is exactly what i would love to have - except for the crash boxes (i am not that good)

I just want to find one in need of a little work so i can put my touches on it. I want to paint it deap orange with bright silver SS strips, all white 6 man interior with orange embroider, and orange and silver beazles and hardware. Silver and orange engines and drives. I have it all in my head, just need to find the right boat. I will stick with the cig for now till the right apache comes up. :D :D

P and tonto are right...and jennys is a pig...sorry...that is how it is...some were slow and others were slower :D The slow ones are the bomb though...do not be fooled :cool:

I am not much of a salesman but if you are looking for a good price on a fine piece of hardware that will run with the big boys and have the old school look, I think I have something for you. It has a six pack cockpit, center steering and will do 100 with only 760hp and #5's. It does not need #6's at that HP and light weight. It is exeptionally well balanced in big water. I personally love the look of the 41 Apache and would love to own one but they require alot of HP to do 100mph and that costs big $$ to buy and maintain. This hull design has a similar old school look and has a similar race pedigree. This design pre-dates the Apache 41 so it is no copy cat. It was rigged by TNT with an open checkbook. Let me know if it fits your needs and good luck on your Apache quest.

Jody, i have been looking at your scarab for a long while and love the boat, but i have my heart set on an apache and plan on whatever apache i get to be my last go fast and have it for a long time :D :D :D Thats what i said about my cig. :D :D

Not in a rush to buy the first thing that jumps up, but need it to be set up how i want so i can just do paint, interior, guages, tweak it how i want like tonto did. His boat is bad to the bone

Tonto, are you going on the Key West run, if so what day are you leaving, hopefully thursday and coming back on monday. Would love a ride in that beast.

if you plan on keeping the boat keep in mind 3 3a 4 and 5 are out of production so 6s going in should be considered...............
