That's kinda what I was thinking but I figured I'd ask anyway. I would imagine they need every bit of 110 or better to get the full 1550.

I guess it depends on the boost ..theres not much price diff in the 110 over the 116. I run the 116 on the race cars not worth taking a chance .When I turn the boost up to 11.5lbs on the Hustler I had the 116 and no detination :drink:

Tommy at Cheif just ran the new motors in Tatonka at 1300hp with 93 octane and they were on the rev limiters with 36 inch wheels. Yikes NK

Those PSI Blower are much more efficient than those old antique roots blower most of you are running. With an intercooler and 8:1 compression you could run 15 psi boost on 110, maybe more. Hot set up and awesome boat. Raced against it many times in Key West.
