the pleasure 41 is notorius for eating fuel tanks........the front tank is a problem......but what do i know........i paid 20 k for mine.my exposure is limited.........

Jr. The cockpit floor would need to be cut to gain access to the belly tanks. Or, eliminate the belly tank and install some saddle tanks so you don't have to rip up the cockpit. I know boats that are 5 yrs old (a 45 Sonic) that needed a new tank and others that are 20 yrs that have the original tank. I replaced the tank in my Scarab when it was about 10-12 yrs old. |

I bought a new Concept 3 years back and it had maininance issues right out of the box. A freind bought a brand new Outerlimits 51 and same thing. I agree start with fresh but with boats its still the same. I don't know how you guys deal with 20 year old boats mine are all relativly new good thing I own more than one this way I'm never boatless on the weakend.
