would appreciate any information on this boat, i have been told it's from lake george. thank's.

Nykamp 05-07-2007 05:40 AM

It was mine for a couple of years. It came from lake Mead near Vegas, it was there it's whole life till I brought it to Michigan. It's a great boat, the current owner just keeps make it better. It's a very low hour boat, I bought it because it had 3A's and bigger power, it had fresh 775's when I had her and she ran 84. Good luck, Steve.

thank's, it just reaffirm's all that i have heard. it seem's to have great lineage.

I've drooled over it several times surfing the classifieds:)

Nykamp 05-07-2007 01:51 PM

It's one of 10 I with the enclosed head, if I was shopping for a 36 I would buy it back, it's that nice. These boats are very heavy, so the 3A's are a great way to go, if you are going to put some HP to them. The 94 's and older have a tighter cockpit by 6", thats also why I bought it, you can run hard it bigger water, and everybody can reach the grab handles, or place there feet on the bottoms of the front bolsters. She looked great when I was down @ Mark's shop recently, I thought the owner was going to keep her for lake george, and do a 41 for Florida. It also has the aluminum race faring, so it looks more like a 41, which is also great for a taller driver, less wind and nicer for the backseat riders, when seated they get alot less wind in there faces.

Tell me about it! That's all mine is missing. We have a porta pottie up near the Vberth but I modify the galley so there's an enclosed head area with a zipper door...for the ladies of course...;)

Nice boat!

We took it on a 7 day trip up the west coast side of lake michigan, great boat for vaction. I won the Milwaukee poker run with her, she is a wave crusher.

That is a sweet 36'.

I love mine and I don't know how anyone could be disappointed with one. I have only put 10 hours on mine so far but it is like a caddy when it's rough. It just blows right through everything in it's path.

jayhawk261 06-27-2007 11:54 PM

The price on this in the classifieds is $135k. NADA puts it at around $83k. with banks lending with a basis in NADA, how could someone get a loan for the boat?

also, the ad states that it now has 625hp engines. If it was 84 with 775s, I'm guessing about 75 or so with the 625s. That sound about right?

How does the asking price sound? Is it reasonable, or is it a little high?

Nykamp 06-28-2007 05:33 AM

For a 36 with 3A's, new paint and int., tall deck's, cmi's, and a myco, I think it's a great price. For as many people that have been asking me about it it should be sold soon.

Panther 06-28-2007 08:17 AM

What year is it???

Mine is surveyed and insured for $120K and it's a 95'. The 3A's help it's value too. When I first insured it the ins. co. called me and told me it was an $80K boat and that's what NADA had it at. Then I sent them all the paperwork on the motors/drives (830 hp/Bmax etc.) and trailer, they gave me the full amount it was assessed for.

It's a 1994, it lived in the Vegas area on lake mead then here in Michigan. It only had 180 hours on it when I bought it from the 2nd owner, it's a really sweet 36.

jayhawk261 06-28-2007 01:08 PM

It looks really nice, but I think our price range is set between $100K - $110K, and I don't know if we could step into it for that. How fast with the 625s you think?

Nykamp 06-28-2007 07:19 PM

Mark that has it listed can tell you the speeds, it's a good price where it is at, good luck shopping.

cosmic12 07-15-2007 05:28 PM

Tony M this is it, the boat is in lake george now, I am told that the trailer now match's the boat

Nykamp 07-15-2007 06:02 PM

It's a real nice package with the big ci motor's and 3A's. I heard he is keeping it and getting a 41 for florida.
