You bet your sweet ...
I´m prolly more into a 41 racehull just like you guys got for fun/racing locally.
Mark made me open my eyes that you don´t need a cabin to have fun ;)
Actually I´ve always been around raceboats or cars so I´m not that used to amenities...

I think you are forgetting that the 45 you are referring to use to have trips and was converted to twins and it runs just fine...

I know...

..and, that was my point.

The Kid boat runs pretty strong with twins. I doubt the 47 would, unless you used some ridiculously expensive, high-maintenance power.

I remember the Quick Tempered boat was slated to be re-rigged for twin Sterling 1200's at LCM. Anyone know if that ever happened? it's still on their website but the conversion isn't mentioned.

That Apache is as close to perfect as it gets ... real light, and clean, clean, CLEAN. I helped wrech the 950s into the bilge of that baby. Newly rebuilt drives, BRAND NEW Stellings exhaust, completely gone thru this past winter. Everything out/off and put back together run for only 5-6hrs test time.

Wish I could own her :cool-smiley-027:
