41 Apache Fuel Tanks
 

What size fuel tanks is in your 41?

We knew our bow tank held 95 gallons, but we were surprised to find out that the main tank only holds 95 gallons too!

Anyone using saddle tanks? We didn't want to put fuel in the bow unless we went on long trips, but we might have to if we don't want to put gas in her every other day.

Mine only has a nose and belly tank, just bought it and dont know the amount of either one.

I boat on Lanier.

used to have a 24 python now a 33 Scarab also ran a 43 Nortech cat this past summer.

Mr. J u-got the boat from cms your going to restore her ?

Yep we have started work on her already, got her running great, the next thing is the send out the interior and cabin.

Then paint and redo the complete bilige, or and there may be a small wiring issue or two that needs to be fixed.

But So far the boat has been a project but I am sure it will turn out GREAT!!!!

We do most of our every weekend boating on Allatonna.

Any way how much does the nose and belly tank hold???

We have noticed in several photos of other 41's that there are many who have saddle tanks located in the bilge. How many gallons does each saddle tank hold for those of you that have them?

Seems like 75 gallon's each rings a bell, but couldn't tell ya for sure. But that seems big, so may have Been JD's in WickedWon that had the tanks of 75 gallons each under the diamond plate in the last picture. They were long slender very low profile tanks.

the 41 firewater which was an 88 held 95 in the nose 120 for the belly tanks and 55 for the rear tanks

Mark I see a photo of your very beautiful personal model. How big are her fuel tanks?

Don't worry about the saddles .... you can't do it with side by side .... I don't think there is room ?!??!?! Just put a bigger beer cooler in that thing and forgetaboutit !!! :evilb:

She is irreplaceable, one of a kind!
