New Apache Owner
 

I never recieved it yet, but i am the new owner of a 86 22' Apache with a 300X. I can't wait to get it wet and see what it can do. I do have a question on it. It has the bbracket which i believe is a 22" setback. I read that they are more stable but not as fast with a 5"setback. Is this true on just the models with the notched transoms or would it work on all of them? Thanks!

I don't know if i am going to do the 200 yet or not. I won't get the boat 'till next week with the holidays. If i don't do the run i may just go and hang out at the beach. I saw you and your boat last year but i was just moving into the new house and had to get back. I had told the wife i was going to home depot and wound up meeting some friends at friends! If i see you this year i will come and introduce myself.
