Weight of 28 apache?
 

I'm buying a new truck, and wondering what a 28 would weigh on a trailer, so that I know what towing capabilities I will need.

Figure 8500 to 9K ready to take to the launch ramp. Full tanks, full cooler, sandwichjes, ropes anchor, life preserver, suntan lotion...everything.

That's a big block boat with TRS drives.

Hey Chris what happened to your Avatar????? By the way most if not all 28 Apache that I have seen have Bravo 1 drive's???? I know they weigh alot!!, I have never weighed my boat.

Admins asked that the political stuff be removed.

Mine had TRS- that's the only one I've ever had on a scale and it was the whole rig- I know roughly what the truck weighs so I subtracted- roughly.

I've had guys tell me their bravo boats weighed 6K. Bare boat, drained of all fluids- maybe.

Mine weighs 9,000 lbs, on the scales, full tank, ready to drop in, including aluminum trailer. Ad says 7,000lbs dry

Which 28 are you buying?
