47 Apache Japan
 

I posted about this 47 a few years back but now got some more info on it. It has been i Japan for 18 years, it has #6 drives and origianlly had 3X850 KE engines but one has been changed to a Teague 800EFI

Unfortunately there are some here that cant/wont log in over there. My suggestion would be to save them all to a photobucket account, then all you have to do is click the [img] tab and paste it here and the pics will show... see example below

That was a nice 47 Apache.........what was the new info? Maybe someone can help with the pics.

If some of you can post just go to the other site and copy them from there. I have them much bigger and can mail them if someone want to post them.

I got some more pictures that I hope Ed will post later. Boat is a 1991. The boat is for sale also and asking price is 33.000.000 YEN.

Might have a couple more Teague's sitting on ice. You know me, I am always optomistic! Still, a great looking pleasure 47'...........I wonder if he is the original owner and how many hours on the Apache?

Was it? I didn't think so.

It was used for the US Offshore circuit and was on all of their calenders and what not....

If I bought that boat the first thing I'd do is call Gail Paik to change that paint job.

Cat.......The guy that can play with these triple powerplant Apache Powerboats better be able to burn a million and not raise an eyebrow. Extremely expensive toy.

I'm very aware of that, Ed. If I ever win the Lotto I'll buy a 47. I was talking about that dodgy paint job...

I like the boat, it's pretty nice.:drink:

However, the only thing I don't understand about it is the paint job.... :grinser010:

The flagpole is at the stern and the flag is attached the wrong way giving one the impression the boat is going really fast backwards..:party-smiley-004:
