When it's on the hook in that linked thread, its not using that "block" on the bow. It's hooked to something that looks to be where the GPS is now located on the dash. I would think that a lifting point on the bow would be tied into more than just the deck.I know "it's an Apache" and all, but I'm still curious about that "thing" on the bow! :D

Almost looks like a mini radar dome. Which wouldn't surprise me since it's a tender for a yacht that travels all over the world.

It could be radar or one of those GPS cans you see on trucks.

Good point guys, I have no idea what's on the deck.

Perhaps the the other strap goes thru the cabin door area and down to the floor.

Josh, thanks! There's not too many so I guess it makes it a little easier to remember. :drink:

It's a cool boat, I was on it a few years ago down in Popano. The A/C was a nice option for the cabin, I think my 92 had the same dome on the deck at one time, for radar.

I like those grab rails they put in the cabin along the roof. Makes a lot of sense what with the owner having a hard time getting around and all.
