What ever happened to this boat? Last I remember it was for sale uncompleted. Also was that the last NEW hull built?

Last I saw the boat it was for sale up in Rhode Island @ Outterlimits.... I think no power....

Confused. Does the term "for sale uncomplicated" mean "uncompleted", or is there a hidden meaning here that I'm unaware of?

The last new boat built was a really sweet 28 last year, as far as I know.
