contact PKM69 on here he maintain the boat for years ,owner brought it to europe aboard his 110 ft ship where he work on the boat so he knows it as nobody for the last years .

Orthobam 12-25-2012 09:01 AM

I want the boat as well. I have done the research on it. Can't believe it is still available. I may regret not buying it and keeping my cruiser. Had to get rid of the cruiser to get the skater. It would have made a lot more sense for my situation. But does any of this really make sense?

Leathl_WS6 12-25-2012 04:41 PM

I heard its pretty nice. I also hear it almost sold a couple of times but the black paint was the deal breaker.

Wouldn't worry me. There is a pretty well known black MTI that sold for 1. something million twice now.

I love that boat as well.....I love the black and tan combo.

I will say my Dad had a black 24 sunsation back in 89 and it looked very cool.....until you knelt down on it to get a line or hang a fender....on a sunny day it was as hot as a stove top! Something to think about for whoever buys it.

my hustler is all black ,it s real good looking but like topprop say it sure is hot in the sun and we don t have that much sun here in europe ! however it takes some more buffing and waxing and think before going on the front deck even if your wet !:daz:

boat was a tender for this yacht: http://www.boatinternational.com/yac...-bull-for-sale

Owner died last year at age 72, both vessels are on the market. Guy had several Cigs/Apaches over the years. Money was no object on maintenance obviously.

I love that boat. Great price also.

Perlmudder 12-27-2012 12:06 PM

Having never seen the boat in person but working on private yachts, if it was taken care of like all the tenders we had, and the other yachts had, I am sure it was maintained with an open cheque book. And that boat is sick!

Could someone please post a pic of bull roar.

I think it got reduced to 24mm now. The yacht is very well used, 300,000 nautical miles on it (all owner, never chartered). That yacht has been everywhere over the past 17 years. But being that Forbes' yacht Highlander was also a Feadship (10 years older/20 ft shorter but less hours/miles) and only fetched about 5mm then 24mm won't happen for BB.

Agreed, I could see it going for low teens, but even that would be a stretch. There are a ton of boats out there newer, more well known, and the same size for the money. However, hours and nautical miles mean little depending on how it was cared for. The boat I used to work on in Lauderdale I just went to visit, and they are in the middle of $750k yard period. So it really depends on how well it was maintained. Also the old style stern is not a big seller now unless the buyer really loves it. Most would choose a full new style tri deck with a large swim platform over that design.

Hump -- you never walk on the deck anyway -- might get it dirty:whistle: besides you're the only one that would be happpy with a black boat -- be able to see yourself in it...
