TURBO JET 12-25-2014 09:49 PM

Brett doesn't have it. Last I heard, Mathew Smith owned it and the top deck had been taken off with a Sawzall.

Great info!!

Matthew doesn't own it. Deck is is still on the boat and I'm not exactly sure of the tools utilized to remove the rotten flooring. No idea if "she" wants to sell or not but I'm sure "she" will see this thread.

Great vague response! Glad to hear Matt sold it and it didn't get butchered up after all.

Great Caesars ghost! I believe that might have been the pizza boat originally

Little Ceasars was a 47' Apache...Hull/trailer was for sale some years ago. Painted all white, cabin bulkheads removed, half cabin installed, and converted to a twin staggered setup with #6 drives...

Happy Holidays JP.
That 47 was awesome! Believe this was their 41.

Rick G 12-26-2014 04:41 PM

Thanks for all the info. The owner of the boat has reached out to me .
Cheers Rick G.

I never said that MES sold it, I said he doesn't own it.

Sorry if my response was too vague for you. Call me old school but I would rather have a vague response with factual information than a specific response with information that has been incorrect since September of 2012.

F-2 Speedy 12-28-2014 09:53 AM

What condition is it in

cig92 12-28-2014 02:53 PM

i don't believe that it is for sale. i think the boat is outside behing the guys store/ building in pompano fl. it might need a little tlc but it won't be sold so i guess that doesn't matter lol

ironhead 12-28-2014 06:43 PM

there was a tree growing out of it when we checked on it and the "cat " laughed at 100 k cross it off the imidiate radar

slpcamaross97 01-04-2015 01:40 PM

So whats the update on Razz?

thisistank 01-06-2015 11:02 AM

Wasn't razz just for sale a couple years ago. Had a big ol video link of it running with all the info. Long thread on here discussing it and it's history.

thisistank 01-06-2015 11:19 AM

endeavor1 05-15-2015 10:40 AM

Ttt

315duramax 05-16-2015 07:50 AM

razz is forsale 100% stripped in LOTO.

cig92 05-24-2015 06:11 PM

the owner wants 40k for the bare hull, no trailer, not even a wire in the boat

soggy bottom 05-24-2015 06:57 PM

The days of folks spending 500K plus on a restoration, are gone the money and passion, just isn't there anymore.

Dean

Rick G 05-25-2015 12:00 PM

I agree I thought 40k was a bit rich for a bare hull when I spoke to the owner , very nice people buy the way . Tonto is currently advertised for $ 195,000 and I would venture a guess you might get it for a few dollars less . Why would you spend $ 250,000 to $ 300,000 on RAZZ after buying the hull when you could buy Tonto complete for I would guess $ 185,000 to $ 190,000 .?
Rick G.

soggy bottom 05-25-2015 12:03 PM

Actually Tonto is listed for $185.000.

Dean

Rick G 05-25-2015 04:16 PM

Dean then I stand corrected , it appaers they dropped the price again . It only makes RAZZ that much more of a challenge at their asking price. You couldn't build a staggered 41 the quality of Tonto for $185,000 . Again a good offer may buy Tonto for a dollar less than the ask , just saying .
Rick G.

sean stinson 05-28-2015 09:33 PM

Buy Tonto it's the bigger better deal and the owner meticulously maintains it. I'm sure it's impeccable

SkaterMike82 05-29-2015 09:03 AM

Robert has kept TONTO with a WIDE OPEN WALLET since the day he bought it. I have ridden that boat many times and the ride talks for itself. It is simply the best and baddest 41 Apache out there PERIOD. The motors were refreshed not that long ago just for the hell of it. Worth every penny if you are in the market for a REAL rough water Apache in pristine condition.

soggy bottom 05-29-2015 09:14 AM

I mean this with all sincerity and no malice, but how do dock and load it on a trailer with crash boxes?

Dean

CIG3 05-29-2015 02:41 PM

Slowly!!!!!!

Quite simple, really. Just takes some practice and experience.

slpcamaross97 06-08-2015 05:55 PM

Can we all have a moment of silence for the late Razz

Razz just got listed on powerboat swapshop on facebook and on here for $33,000 and had new pictures. A project to say the least!
