Is there any recourse Mike? Anything you can do? Are you going to start a thread in the beware section? Im surprised you didnt do a basic engine test (compression test/leak down) or ANTHING. I guess you thought you could trust this guy. Have you contacted him? Now I would be scared that the drives would also be no good.Those are a big deal too. What condition is the rest of the boat in?

I got there at 10 am to look at the boat it was in the rack. I stayed untilm1130 to go get the trailer back at 130 waited until 230 went finest back at 345 boat on trailer at 430 dead batts hide away marine and fastbosts ***boats closed at 500 I have no tools no water no charger no truck. My guy was gauling back that night at 10 so sat wasn't an option. Randy and my hauler were paid so I'm out.

I just noticed this thread and read all six pages, I can't help but wonder how people like Randy are still "in business" and "stay in business" Like most of us on OSO I get sick to stomach to see this!!! Sorry to hear of this Mike. But I HOPE that in the long run things usually work out for the 'good' people. Hang in there Mike!
P.S. I grew up on the north side of Detroit and when a vendor screwed 2 or more of us and made no restitution! The vendor's business suffered badly and out of business a few weeks later, we handled ass hats like this with our own form of justice. Just sayin.
