Apache 36
Has anyone checked out the Apache 36 that was for sale in California. It appeared very clean..had a red / yellow paint job? Anyone have history on the boat?
|
36 APACHE
It's nice looking, it was bought from National Liqiudators last spring (repo) out of Fort Lauderdale. They are great boats , that one has a lot of horsepower for bravo's in a 10,000 # boat.
|
Nykamp:
Tell me the details of youe 36 Apache. Did you compare the 36 Apache to the 38 TG? If so, why did you go with the Apache? Do you know the $$'s National Liqiuadtors sold the boat for?? |
That boats been for sale for a while now.
I bought a new 36 warrior at the boat show in miami. I suggest you do the same. I can get you a great deal Scalptaker36 |
The 36 is an awesome boat. I heard that there is one that runs about a buck 10.
|
Scalptaker36....so tell me more....interested. Does anyone have interior pictures of the 36 at the show?
Nykamp,,,been trying to get back to you...email me. |
2COOL - If you are serious about an Apache, call Bob or Eric, they may be able to work something out with your plane ticket!
|
what happened to the Apache website? Hope its just being redone. The steps on the new 36 look interesting, can't wait to hear if they work well or not. I'm sure they dropped some of the weight of old too.
I am pumped that Bob is trying to make a run at getting the company goin again! Warparty and Geronimo are on our lake and they need some new friends! |

Warparty is a 97/ 36 built by Bob at the original 188th Street Factory. Geronimo is a big bad 47. Warparty has the original Merc 525sc's, runs 68-70mph. Geronimo had 850 innovations with 6's. It doesn't have power right now because its for sale. There is also a 94 28 Brave with 650hp Keith Eickerts (did i spell that right?) in it, fast!

Web Site
It should be up and running in march, it's sweet. Lots of boat pictures and awsome back ground music and engines running. Their most be 3 Geronimo's a 36 race a 41 and a 47 ?
|
2 cool,
I'm going to see Bob & Eric in a week or so. I'll take some pictures of the interior of the 36 warrior that was in the show. That boat will be up in New Jersey in a month or so. My boat is coming out of the mold this week. I'll start to post pics as they come available. www.apacheusa.com or www.apacheraceboat.com Does anyone think "ScalpTaker" is a good name for my new 36? Need some input here!!! |
NyKamp,
Yeah, there probably are a few Geronimo's out there. It's not exactly an original name for an Apache. It looks like a giant Tie-died shirt comin down the lake. It roars though, stelling headers. ScalpTaker, Why not just, "Scalped"? Please, I repeat, PLEASE don't paint it like the side of a 1977 box van. Some of the old Apaches have their history with that, lets get a little more modern paint ideas with the new breed. |
Not ONLY will the paint get more modern, Bobby and Eric have some really neat things coming up! The web site will be open by March 1, it's gonna be a nice lil' playground for Apache people!
|
sweet, Apache's are the only other boat I would ever consider owning.
Is Apache planning an F2 style boat to compete with the Gladiator? That would really REALLY cool. |

Cigracer,
is the 36 Warparty for sale? if so how do I get in touch??? Scalptaker |
I like the name Scalp Taker, and I agree in modernizing the new boats with new paint but with some of the old theme left in to keep the Apache heritage going on for the new generation, good luck, I'll be looking forward on seeing the progress on the website.:D
|
no its not for sale. They thought about it but decided to keep it. I wish they would put bigger power in it. It's in real good shape.
