Be careful of this guy I had a deal all worked out on that boat deposit in, survey set up, date to pick the boat up set up, everything seemed to be fine then I get a call saying that the owner decided not to sell sorry! I did get my deposit back but it left a bad taste in my mouth! They did not even call me to let me know it was back on the market they emailed a friend and asked them to let me know. I asked a lot of questions and got mixed opinions about the 33 some people said stay away others said they were OK. PM me if you want any other info
