Fred it's really not Thads fault.. Look I came back at the end of September.. took me better than a month just to get it to register Zero The Project was in Bad shape Plus the people who did the CNC on the hull plug did a Poor Job not overlooking "little things" like the Strakes were totally Wrong and had to be re done Completely .. The rear 25% of the sides was the wrong profile. and so on

Then and only then for the finesse work to start.Now we have the 41 Hull the 41 Deck the 41 Console,Hatches Vents and the list goes on not mentioning the One-Off T-4 Warpath (tm)

If people would of listened there would of been 6 boats on the floor by now..

But NO it got a BAD START..Then got worse untill they pulled the plug.


And the Boss has had an very Expensive Education in the Boat business.. Look we could of went out and grabbed some wobbly Mold and just started building..

But no..

This is something different going on now..

My .$.02 is the Boat business needs more people like Thad; from the employees to the Suppliers like him..

i seam to remember cashbrain pointing out that Thad failed to renew/register/file the Apache trademark or something like that awhile back. is that what this lawsuit is about? By Lotto
