the word WOW :evilb: :evilb: :evilb: doesn't explain the way magnum mark's/ lucy's apche rides . we went out wed late afternoon and that boat rocks with only a pair of 650s we where doing 81 with 1/4 more of throttle left. the way that boat handles and jumps from wave to wave is incredible. thanks for the ride bud :evilb: :evilb:

i tell ya those old rustin buckets like ours are the best forget all this twin step stuff , yea don't get me wrong all the t/s need a lot less power to move but the handling is no where near the same as the classic i've been in the best of both . now everyone with t/s don't eat me this is my opinion and i don't want to stur anything up :evilb:

What ever happened with Jay's 41... did he ever get it running again?

90K for a decent 41 Apache. Never thought that I would see that!! :(

Did Jay ever get his 41 running after the broken rocker arm? Does he still have it?

last i read he had moved back north around Pennsalvania/ New York area and had brought the boat with him.
I do remember reading on another forum that he was trying to finish up some other projects first. That might have even been last year i read that.

With the 600's I would think War Party would be around the 70-72 mph mark on the high end? Probably would run 68-69 everyday.

Anybody know for sure?

I'll take a guess War Party would need 700's to realize those speeds.
