Not to rain on your parade, but based on what I have see some boats go for lately I think you will have to entertain a lower offer.

We are extremely meticulous with it.
At this point no reasonable offer will be
refused.
There is nothing wrong with the boat, it has been fully serviced the only thing it needs is a new owner!

Yup thats been my experience around here anyway
it seems no one wants the 36 for trailering
too heavy not as fast.
