Horn location on 00' 29 Outlaw

Can anyone tell me where it is located? Mine stopped working and I never paid attention to where it was located......Is it under the vent behind the anchor locker?

west marine, mine did the same thing last year, this year i got boarded by CG and no work.......

Well that's how I just found out, the inspection.....lol That cover sure looks flimsy to be pooping it off! Thanks
