Cavatation while declerating?????

I had the 25 Outlaw out today and while decelerating at around 60 or so it seemed that the props were not biting. Has anyone experienced this in a 25? I have never experienced this in a boat while decelerating. Also, does anyone experience prop slip while accelerating with the drives tucked all the way under?

I have an "05" and have never noticed it while decelerating. But I have noticed a very very little slippage while tucked down all the way. I found that a split second on the trim up switch does the trick...
