Help with Measurements

As you know I am getting ready for the spring, and looking for a 25 OL or 275. Im in the process of planning my shop and getting ready to pour my slab in about a month. Currently I am planning for a 30l x 24w with 14 ft wide door. Could someone give me the measurement in hieght(boat and trailer for door height) and length of a 25 and 275 from hitch to outdrive trimmed fully up? I would like to see what my limitations would be.... Thanks

:drink:

My 272 fits in a 34' storage unit with trim up. I would guess I have 2-3 feet to spare.

I have a porible gararge 30L 14W 10H AND MY DRIVE UP JUST MAKES IT. I have a 24ol on a 6000lb trailer magic loader,so if I were you I would go to 33to36 feet so you could walk around the trailer with out opening the door.

I have a 2006 25 OL in stock I measured it from the tip of the trailer it's right at 30' and hieght is 7'6". A 275 may be a few inches taller with thw windshield but not much and not ant longer. You are not that far from here if you would like to see the boat let me know.

Re: Help with Measurements

When I had the 25 Outlaw I first kept it in a rental storage that was 12'x30' and I had to lower the drive to get it in. Then I purchased a building for it that was 18'x40' with a 10'x10' door. Plenty of room for the 25 then I had to add on when I bought the 33 Outlaw. If I were you I would make it a little longer if possible. Because it will be very tight in a 30' building.

My 2002 25 Outlaw is in a 12X32 garage with a 10X9 door. I have about six inches on each end to spare with the drive up. Oh by the way it is for sale if you are interested give me a call 817-319-7352. Corey

Re: Help with Measurements

To get the boat in the garage and over to the side is a pain in the butt after a long day out boating/drinking. I have a pickup and a car in the garage with the boat. If I had two 10 x 10 doors I could back straight in and have the room on both sides.

YOU ARE RIGHT LOL LOL LOL :D

I'm just screwing with him a little. It has been a slow Monday!

The building is 20 feet wide x 51 feet long and is 14 feet tall in the center. The slab is 20 x 60 feet.

It has worked out very well. This picture is from the first winter we had it and I have since enclosed a small shop on the far right that is 8 feet wide x 24 feet long. It allows me plenty of space for all our boat related items and I can still get the truck under cover.

Still working on a door system for the front.

This size keep everything in the dry and gives me plenty of room to walk around the boat. I have about three feet between the swim platform and the back wall as it is pictured.
