Exhaust swap?

I want to go from the cast iron manifolds to the Gil mainfolds & risers. I have 454 MPI's, the 385 HP models. What kind of gain should I expect?

I'm gonna guess and say maybe 5 HP. Get a set of CMI pipes and now you may see 15-20 HP. That will be good for 1 MPH.

I AGREE WITH SMITTY MAYBE 5 TO 8 HP AND THE SOUND WILL BE ALOT BETTER THATS FOR SURE.
