I'm not knocking Baja at all. Just doing some homework before buying my first one. Thanks.

I have had a few exterior vinyl and interior issues. The exterior vinyl stitching was pulling and the sun pad needed new padding. These were fixed. Inside, my bathroom ceiling collapsed and another few seems were pulling apart. The celing was fixed but the vinyl is pulling apart again at the corners. These issues are to be rectified in March. I also have a 6 inch crack in the liner near the cabin door which will also be fixed in March. Not big issues, but could use a little better quality control.

Mechanically, the boat has been flawless.

The interior issues you describe sound identical to the issues I am referencing. I spoke to a dealer today with a 30 for sale and he admitted that his 30 OL needed some vinyl work just inside the cabin door. He described it as pulling apart from the seam, I suppose up near the door track and the ceiling. I am seeing a definate pattern in these boats. I've seen them up close. Very little glue and a strip of velcro along the edge. Hmmm....
