Another Article
 

Well, It appears that Baja Magazine is going to be doing an article on one of my customers and the boats I painted for him. They are flying a reporter in tomorrow and I am suppose to meet up with them to help with the photo shoot. I offered to be the chase boat. (Sounds like a good excuse to go to the lake to me!) :drink: It should be a great day for it! I heard it was going to be 89 degrees! :eek: The only draw back is, it will be on Lake Austin! :(

Let me know how Lake Austin is. All the years I've lived here I've never had a boat on Lake Austin. Pretty soon it might be the only lake that has any water in it :( Congrats on another one of your fine paint jobs. You have really been in the spotlight lately--well deserved!!!!!!(for an old guy) :evilb:

Soooooooooooooo--and we were tuffer back then--we used shovels. None of this fancy stuff. That was back when we were still using oars to pull someone skiing. :D

As soon as I get the trailer back from Magnum and the weather straightens out. It might be next week sometime.

The photo shoot went well! It was a beautiful day for it! They were talking about it making the cover, but we will have to wait and see! Now I remember why I don't like going to Lake Austin. TOO DAMN NARROW!!!!!! With the three of us lined up side by side, it seemed like we took up the whole lake!!! On top of that, I must have hit an underwater stump or something because my prop has a dent in it now!! :mad: The Hydrilla is growing crazy in that lake also!! It had been 6yrs since I had been on that lake and I hope it is at least that long before I go back again!!!! Jay, does this answer your question? :drink: On the bright side, there were not many of the "water nats" out!!!!! (jet-ski's) :D
