Very nice looking upgrades on the trailer, they are all very good ideas. What brand of tool boxes are those?

I got them off of e-bay then cut them to fit the trailer. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-A...73224811QQrdZ1 |

I have to tell you that the 420 is my all time favorite Baja. It was huge in many ways when Baja built that baby. I have done a lot of Poker Runs where 420 showed up and they look as good as ever. |

I am ready to start a winter project...but I would liketo make sure it is one that can be finished before the winter is. Has anyone on here squeezed cmi headers, or any other aftermarket header in a 29 OL. What do you think the gains would be on 496 HO's? I can't decide if this is worth the time and money or if they will even fit...but it sure would look sweet. Anybody out there do this?

They do work GREAT with the 496. I have not seen any other engine package where headers make such a noticable difference. About 40 to 50 HP! I have a friend that picked up 5 MPH in a Sunsatation just with the headers and a prop change. They are a real pain in the A$$ to put on. When I saw all the pieces that come in the kit it was enough to make the average guy send it back for a refund. Plan to spend a couple of long weekends. But it will be worth it. |
