Any intrest in my 1" shortie Imcos?
 

I'm thinking about selling them, complete. Stock Bravo uppers 1" Imco satin lowers.
They are on my 29 Outlaw, but they won't be strong enough for my new power.

What did they do for you...performance wise? I love the way they look, but did they change anything? What would you need to have out of them?

Mine had a low x to begin with so the guy I bought the boat from had them installed. What I understand from him is it picked up a few mph. I've been really happy with them, I just need to get something that will handle lots more power.

Why don't you keep the lowers and upgrade the uppers ?

You shoudn't have any problems with the lowers.

What kind of $$ would you want for just the lowers ?
I may have some interested parties.

Thought about it. I'm still thinking about doing that, but I think I want to go shorter, like 3"ers & run 5 blade propellers. I can always space back down 1/2" at a time till I find the sweet spot.

They are sold already as far as I know. Why don't you just buy a new set from me?

I'm pondering it....I'm waiting to see what Dock finds out running his. I'm worried my hull won't like shorties so I didn't want to invest a TON of money in them then find out I have to give someone a sweet deal on them. Your hull is very similar to mine how'd yours like the shorties? Mine doesn't like to get on plane well which is what I'm hearing from other Baja owners as well.
