Found it for sale in Nevada and am waiting for the seller to return my call; anybody here know it?

That same boat was on ebay 2 days ago. It said it was out of Texas. A friend of mine asked me to check it out for him. They were asking 19,500????? I tried to contact them and it disappeared from ebay the next day...I am pretty sure it was a scam.
