I plan on just cutting the bent outer bar off and smoothing things down, have it sand-blasted and powder-coated orange to match the mid-gel.

Ha, yeah now I just need to get my ass back to Ohio to get it stripped, painted, the old one off, and this one on...All in one weekend no less. I'm starting to think this thing won't find its way on until late summer or maybe even next year. Because I know if it comes down to trying to mount this thing or going boating, I'll be going boating every time!

Yeah, mine was down there all winter again. I moved over the winter and hope to have a garage built this or probably next year that will be big enough to keep it home over the winters. Let me know when you make it to town. with gas the way it is I might be hanging out at wood tick alot more this year and a lot of trip from the marina to the docks downtown.
