fast hammers out there...

what are some speeds out of some modified baja hammers have you seen, and what did they have done to them

JasonSmith 06-22-2008 10:09 PM

I forget that someone had either a H2X or a Hammer, but they gained about 4 or 5 mph by putting on a -2" shorty drive.

01hammer 06-23-2008 05:36 AM

is that going to control the (bounce) i have at top speed on flat water that i cant figure out?

01hammer 06-23-2008 05:40 AM

i am disappointed in the top speed at 59.8 mph on gps with 3 adults and 1/4 tank gas i don't have the 454 mag so needing more speed.

There used to be a fellow in Texas that had a blown monster motor in a hammer. If I recall it ran over 100.
If Liquid is still around this forum, the guy (Brad P) was a friend of his.
