What does your H2X run?
 

I have a '98 H2X with a mild 468 & an old school BM250 blower turning 5lbs of boost that runs a solid 78MPH in the 90+ heat and 90+ humidity @ 5200 all day long. A mid 70's day with low humidity will get me to 81MPH.

I am running a 28 labbed 4 blade with 1.50 gears on a stock Bravo 1 with stock x dimension.

Anyone out there with a different set up (ie. shorty, stand off, 5 blade, etc.) that are running a bigger MPH with similar HP? I may be looking to change the set up if I can increase my top end.

Any input would be appreciated.

6.2 procharger base boost wich I think 3 lbs. 72 mph...

I may have an opportunity to try out a shorty in a few weeks, but before I go to the time and effort of swapping the lowers out and tracking down a prop I was hoping to hear some other set ups and results to see if it is worth trying out.

Yea, it is worth it.
I read about a guy on TBM that had a 2" on a H2X & he was 78 (I think) with a 496 MAG HO.

Any idea what prop he was running? 4-blade, 5-blade?
