Wow, that must have been a heck of a wave and stuff.
|
that boat is ummmm.....garbage!
|
I remember when this happened, the subject came up about a 30 ft baja breaking in 1/2 from a ferry wake then sinking during a boat demo ride out west, there was a little arguing with no pics or facts to back it up then nothing else was ever said. The pics say it all,as far as being a "liner" boat I'm sure whatever broke the one in the e-bay pics would have broke most boats,Smitty

After looking closely at that boat I wonder if most of the damage was caused by recovery? I think they may have straped through the 2 window openings and tried to pick it up with a crane. I cant see any reason a wave would cause that

This picture puzzles me. Did the swimplatform break off? And why did they strip all the major stuff, but leave the 280s on the back? |
They must of tried to lift the boat from the platform and hatches ,when they broke off the boat hits ground and breaks drives must of been sea tow:mad: what dick heads, that boat is worth 0:rolleyes: art

Scott Plus, yes the swim platform appears to have broken off. |

not the boat that was that heavy, IT WAS ALL THE WATER IN IT:eek: |
The totaled 30 above was the boat that sank as a result of the driver (marine max employee) and others being ejected after jumping a wake or something similar. The entire story can be found online. The swim platform was ripped off as the rescue crew attached lines to it when they tried to recover the boat from 300-400ft.
