Searay is not into building High Performance, I think I mentioned that before. I do find it amazing how they could slow the boat down so much:eek:
As I said before Searay thiks their boats are made of GOLD, Makes a Baja/Fountain look like a bargin. Not to mention the nicer components, and stronger/higher quality build. Got to be honest, I was actually hoping for kind of a Camaro vz Mustang competition between Hammer X and Pachanga More like Camaro vz Escort:mad: |

I can understand your disappointment.
Even the details in the article are counter intuitive for any performance boater. Bravo 3? Keep speeds low so external steering is not needed? ITS? Maybe SR needs to do some research here on the boards to get ideas on how to build a high performance boat. I am embarrassed for SR in this venture. Another thing I noticed was the deck hatch opened toward the front, and that is OK on a boat that runs 45 mph, but at 60+ into the wind, and the kid forgot to latch the deck hatch......You could be having Taylor Made for lunch..... XT:eek: |
That boat doesnt need an ounce more weight in the back. Im still curious how it would run with a small block.

I think that I was wrong on this....I found a photo of the port side bow, that appears to have the hinge knuckle on the port side of the hatch? I could tell that it was not on the front.
XT:cool: Thanks again for the photos! |
