Paint & interior look good. Anybody have any info on it? What do you guys think about it for $12k?

No way, and I have the exact same hull. Bilge looks terrible. I'm in the middle of a complete tear down and rebuild because my transom/stringers/etc are soaked, both from lousy build quality and an improper trim-tab repair on the transom. Maybe at half what the asking price is, that paint is horrible.

Average price, I have the exact same boat with no problems, very dry transom-stringers-etc. They are known to crack around the top of the transom (corners), they also have hooks in the bottom towards the rear,I had mine blueprinted.
