We had to dodge some ice bergs, but had a great Friday!

Boat handled great with the raised X, labbed prop, Hydro steering and most of all the 1:65 drive!

Branched Oak? What's the max sized boat allowed on that pond?

BrettM 03-06-2009 04:05 PM

Max size???

We took 2 different 35 Outlaws with 700's on that lake last summer!!

The norm is 18-24ft however

Many years ago ran a cabin cruiser up onto ice, like boat rolled 35 degree on top. We waited for like 3 min and the ice broke and we backed out, longest 3 min ever. Buddy asked what are we going to do, I said i don't know about you but I am not leaving the boat:drink:

Brett,
Is the top middle gauge a water pressure gauge ?

SOX 03-06-2009 09:53 PM

Any pics of the engine? The "Pre Fountain" 26's had a hard angle on the exhaust before it exited the boat . Do they still have that and if so doesn't that choke the exaust? Headers on the boat would do no good unless that angle can be minimized I would thnk.

BTW that boat is hot looking! i am not digging the split windscreen but the boat is so sweet I can get over that.

SOX 03-06-2009 10:00 PM

what type of #'s didyou see on the speedo?

I can vouch for that! Brett was kind enough to let 3 of us from Kansas come up for the day to play on Lucky 7's.
Pretty funny having a 35' boat on a lake that small. Still able to wring 93 out of it.

JT, your right, it is a water pressure gauge. It doesnt show any PSI at idle but once you start getting it on plane it comes up quick. Kind of handy I guess!

Motor still does not have an hour on it and you could smell the paint coming off the block. We saw 63.5 GPS, 4 people, full of gas, 28 labbed Bravo 1 1:65 gears.

SOX, the exhaust is still at quite a degree, Ill run back to the shop and take a picture

JS, your always welcome in Lincoln! I've always got a 700 boat close! We took the Henry Motors 700 boat to a little over 95mph fully loaded on the lake cleaver testing!!!

JasonSmith 03-07-2009 12:23 PM

I sure would like to have the balls to spend the $$ for a Reggie 35 with 700's or 850's.
Henry Motors is such a cool boat!

Nice graphics. Very sleek. Makes it look a little longer.

they are nice I want to do mine over once the new motor is in and want it to look longer:p, staying with red, adding silver, and chrome yellow, maybe black to.

AIR TIME 03-10-2009 06:32 AM

oh also a skull pirate streghted out on the deck like he is being blown off maybe with a card hand blowing away:p, thats going to take a lot of drawings so it won't look stupid. and if it does will stick to a face. any thoughts.
