I got a 40 replaced in 2001 and a 29 in 02 this problem is different. They DID incorperate an inner liner, the first 30s did not have them, I know because the first 30 came to me with an X -Dimension that was too high and the boat was hard to handle. So they reworked it and when they came out with the 35 the inner liner was added in all models which results in engine noise in all boats smaller than 30'. I am not quite sure what you are trying to disagree with me on but I can tell you I wasn't answering the phones, I was in every model on the roughest lake for about 10 years. You factory boys never did have your story straight and it seems you still don't.

Oh yeah and if you want to call spit shining Sh!t honoring a warranty then you belong at a factory. They need to replace every boat ever made with the defect, every person that spent 150k plus on a boat should get what they pay for, no matter how it affects the factory. In this case, I belive the factory closed to avoid this mess, crooks, all crooks.

Back to business here, every 30 Outlaw that came down the assembly line was a liner boat. You must have been lucky enough to score the only 30 that was built with stringers back in PD&E.

As far as "spit shining sh*t" honoring a warranty is concerned, dont blame all the "factory boys". A small handful of us are boaters and made alot of friends with guys that had warranty problems. Unfortunately, at the end of the day upper management makes all the decisions. Trust us, we'd love to have some of them lined up on dock somewhere to use as tackling dummys. With all the boats you had replaced, you must have had some interesting phone conversations with Bill Regan, so you know what Im talking about.

Just to let you guys know brunswick is sending someone down:party-smiley-004::party-smiley-004: to the dealer were i brought boat to do the liner repairs i had a fiberglass man look at it he told me it is not a stuctural promblem just when they put the liner in they just bonded it together they should of have grinded the two pieces together and glassed it in now i dont know why they did not do that in the first place but i guess cheaper and faster is better than doing it right the first time.ill get back and let you guys know how the job turned out.thanks again for all of your replys.

Im running 28 pitched lab props twin 496ho im getting 72 top end on gps speedo the boat crusies at 60-65 with a great ride stock power debating on cmi headers and a raylar kit but from what im seeing it only gets another 10-12 mph so does the cost justifiey the gain.also thinging of blueprinting the hull and putting stand of boxes or going with a shortie drive might be able to gain most of that gain in mph with less the cost
