How to remove horn on my 272...???

Can someone tell me how to remove the horn on my 1994 272..

It has the grille cover on it on the starboard side, but I am not sure if it clips in, or screws in from behind???

I looked up from the under dash compartment, and couldn't see anything. The only thing I did not try and do was remove the switch panel to see if there are screws behind it.

Thought I would just ask, and see if someone can just tell me how its removed.

Thanks in advance!!

Isn't it mounted up on bow? On right side? If so it's siliconed on then you'll see the screws for the horn to remove it. I had mine off on my 95 272 to paint the grill it should be the same.

20 pounds hammer should work!:lolhit:

That little grille should just pop right off, then a couple of screws for the horn itself.

x2 the cover will pull off and then you have two screws to take out to remove the horn. The horn is mounted on a bracket and you can remove it and put a new horn in the old bracket.

Is that the same information for a 1998 232 islander. I can pop off the plastic bracket and remove the horn ?
