There has only ever been one 36 Baja built thatw as staggered and it was a race boat.

Baja always felt the cockpit space was more important than the engine compartment space.

There is absolutely no way you can buy new power, drives to hold up to the power and rig the boat for what Jason will sell his for and I don't even know the figure!

I think the Ilmors are over priced for the horsepower output you get. For the money you can have some really sweet 800+ motors.

Like they say you can always buy it cheaper than you can build it.

Sadly I have not. I was just trying to point out that they weren't that much longer if you were going to run a stagger, that's all. I think I was off base with the staggered assumption though.

36" distance from the rear engine block face to the forward engine block face. If you run 18" centers this is as close as you can get two Gen IV's together. If you run 20" or wider you can go all the way down to 32.5" block face to block face.
