Default Headliner Removal

Just wondering if anyone has had to take their headliner down in a 97 24 Outlaw....my bow rail has come lose and other than taking the headliner down inside the cuddy is there any way to tighten them? what kind of hassle is it to drop it to tighten them...

Also while im asking questions anyone know where can you get replacement foam that fits in the old school figerglass swim platforms..mine is as slick as ice once it gets wet!

And finally one of my support bars under the swim platform got bent...300lb+ man slipped on the slick foam and fell so hard it bent one of the support bars...any ideas where to get another one?

thanks in advance for any help!
