Dont worry Ed, if you show up next year with a 302 or bigger, I'll be there to take out the back wall!:party-smiley-004:

dont think that is going to happen the 272 fits me just fine and it is paid for but XT needs a bigger building just as bad if not worse than i do for all of my ebay stuff that i am selling and the stuff i have to store while i am working on my containers for overseas

The 272 is the perfect boat for me. Id even be happy with a 252. All I want is a single engine (less maintenance), something in the mid 20' range (24' to 27') for easy towing with my Yukon, and still be able to get it in the driveway. I just need a cuddy big enough for overnighting at the islands for me and 2 girls!:drink:

i really like how the 272 rides on lake erie which is where i will be 99% of the time single engine less gas cost also my H2 pulls it and you dont even know it is back there and the cuddy is big enough that if i get drinking where ever it is anchored or docked it is home so i dont have to worry about getting back to the trailer and 2 girls 1 is fine for me i am to old and bruised for 2

TB is right about the maintence costs of twins, but gas mileage is about the same (as long as you're not beating the hell out of them). Crusing wise, twins can get better gas mileage than single engine boats. Running to Put-in-Bay from Lk. St. Clair at around 40mph a single engine 21' Liberator with a 460 used MORE fuel than our 26' Nova with twin 350's....

I'm not tryin' to change your mind about what you want, I'm just clearing up a misconception...

i dont drink like i used to 20 years ago hurts to much in the morning but i know when not to be driving the boat and will leave it sit to many things can happen out on the water and here is the funny part i cant swim so i would be fish food :lolhit:
