Well, I just actually got around to getting this off the digital camera. I picked this up last week and finally (due to bad weather) got to spend a few hours out on it today.

It's a 2001 Hammer, 7.4 MPI. I'm REALLY happy with it. Great fun!

The Toyota does pull it fairly well. Acceleration isn't so great, but once you get moving it handles it just fine up to about 75 MPH, and braking is just fine.

Nice boat man...you'll love the Hammer. I have a 98 4 Runner that I pull mine with...haven't had any problems yet. I was a little worried at first because I have a steep driveway so I was worried about backing it up the driveway but it did great. The tow ratings are good on it and I agree with you, I think they pull them great. Now granted a F250 or whatever will pull it much better but you can't afford everything hehe. Congrats on the boat man it looks great, ENJOY IT!!
