25OL Blank panel...Anyone?
 

Looking for a blank 25 OL panel. Want to add flush mount GPS and take out speedo. Anyone know where one can be made or have one around?

www.tecnografic.com said they would make me one if i sent them a mock up of what i wanted in what ever color for $400 with all the holes drilled in it....

I have one but its cut already................and ORANGE.

same here looking for one with no holes for a 25ol.

Find somebody that does laser cutting in your area and have one cut out of aluminum. If you can draw it up yourself in CAD, they usually charge less but they can draw it up for you too. I had a guy in Cleveland cut one for me.

Or get some fiberglass and resin, a flat workspace, lay up some glass (probably 4-6 layers since your putting a gps in it), trace your old one on it and cut it out.

i realy want some purple carbon fiber! and redo the dash, switch panels and glove box. but not sure were to get that from or how to cut it with clean edges.

That particular site says they can cut the panels too with their water jet.

making a pattern today for a new panel. not suer witch gps yet but ill have one today :)

got a garmin 440gps waiting on the flush mount kit to come in tuesday. have the pattern made out of starboard if the fluch mount fits were planed.then then a pice of .080 alum will be CNC cut then off to hydo-dip for carbon fiber coating!
